MODI HIGH ON PROMISES, ZERO ON DELIVERANCE

Narendra Modi is one of the most popular politician world have seen. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is definitely a role model for a lot of people. But is he or his Bhartiya Janta Party really worth all this praise?

The government made numerous promises but we recheck, fulfilled? The answer is a clear NO.

The importance of creating job in Indian cannot be denied. It does not require facts and figures to state where India stands when it comes to job. Modi himself had promise to create 1 crore job but failed miserably.  It’s worse to state that Modi government has even failed to match the job creation rate seen in 2013-2014, the last year of United Progressive Alliance (UPA) . According to a labor Ministry Report, only 6.4 lakh jobs created in eight major sectors in the Indian Economy between July 14 and December 2016, as compared t o 12. 8 lakh new jobs created in the same sector between July 2011 and December 2013.

According to Indian Spent report in 2015, over a crore toilets built during 2008-11, compared to just 80 lakh toilets built during Swatch Bharat Abhiyan. A national Sample Survey Organization (NSSO) in 2015-16 highlighted that every six out of 10 toilets built under Swatch Bharat Abhiyan didn’t had water supply in them.  The shocking part enters when Modi government do not have a detail to show they spent 12000 crore that sanctioned for Swatch Bharat Abhiyan.

Modi  is always seen encouraging Make In India move but the demonetization act destroyed is likely to be believed the reason behind the falling of Indian Textile Industry.  The government is not accepting that the country was not ready for demonetization. The government fails miserably while imposing demonetization. The GDP decreased and the GDP shown i.e. 6.7% is a total fake. Small industries were crushed where as a huge amount of loss was faced by multinational companies.  “Demonetization was   important and it a huge amount of black money is back to the government” this is exactly what the government said in a statement. Do they have any figures to prove it? No they don’t, because this never happened.

They made fake promises during elections because they wanted to rule. Modi himself said “setting up Lok Pal is one of our agenda for this 5 year rule” . Do you see that coming? Well I don’t.  Three years after, Modi government is yet to enforce the law that was passed in December 2013. Does that even make any sense? The government is making promises just to gather votes.

Here comes the 15 Lakh promise.  One of the most publicized promises made by Modi was during the Lok Sabha election.  Campaign was that the government would credit 15 Lakh in every citizens bank account after it had brought the black money stashed overseas. Well I haven’t received the money yet!
